Talk to a person.

Witnal is built by RSE Labs, a London software studio. Ask for a walkthrough or raise a fault. What you write is kept against the address you give and read by the person who builds it; nothing here is automated, so a reply takes as long as a person takes.

What you send here is stored so it can be answered and used for nothing else. The privacy notice has the detail.

Prefer the studio route? rse-labs.com/contact reaches the same person.
